The message board is where the majority of our communication will take place during the campaign. This allows us to keep all of our communication in one place and keep everything organised.
We set up several threads within the Message Board as standard:
Project Kick Off - Here you can find an initial introduction to the squad that you'll work with on your campaign, the campaign brief, and the media plan.
Account Access & Tracking - This thread is used to gain access to any existing ad accounts, your social media pages, and to discuss how we'll measure the campaigns.
Platform-Specific Threads - These will be used to send the campaign structure and ads over for sign off, as well as any ongoing discussions throughout the campaign.
Reporting & Insights - This thread will be used for ongoing reporting throughout the campaign. All insights will be posted here, as well as call summaries and optimisations.
